What happens if I go over the booked time?

 

I try to be generous with booking times but please bear in mind that my rates are hourly rates, not flat rates. If you would like to extend our time please ask me if I have additional time available and provide an additional donation for the extra time you would like to spend.

Can you send me photos / face shots?

 

I don't send any of my photos. The photos on this website are recent and geuine. Also I never send my face shot. Please respect my privacy on this.

Are you available now?

 

My diary gets filled in in advance and I have a busy personal life as well. If you'd like to see me in the next  hour please give me a minimum of 1 hour notice via SMS only so that I can get ready. I will try my best to accommodate you but I can't guarantee my availability.

Do you see clients with disabilities?

 

Absolutely. To be honest, I am not an expert; however, I certainly have experience with clients with disabilities. Please advise me if there is anything I need to be careful about surrounding your particular condition.

What happens if I need to cancel?

 

I understand that life happens. Please let me know as soon as you realise you need to cancel. The only time that I get upset is when a client deliberately does not show up or does not communicate with me after setting up the appointment. My time is just as valuable as yours.

Please note, if I take a deposit for your booking, and if you cancel with less than 4 hours’ notice, the deposit is not refundable. If you cancel between 3 and 5 hours before the appointment time, I will try my best to reschedule you in; however, as I may not visit the same city twice, this is not guaranteed.
